- •Airwallex is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical direction and execution of their regulatory reporting automation.
- •You will be responsible for building and operating a compliance reporting pipeline across multiple jurisdictions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the technical roadmap for regulatory reporting automation.
- •Lead architecture decisions for data pipelines and submission tooling.
- •Own delivery of regulatory reporting milestones, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- •Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
- •Drive adoption of AI/LLM tooling for compliance workflows.
- •Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- •Strong backend engineering foundation in Python, Kotlin, or Java; comfortable with SQL at scale.
- •Proven track record leading complex technical programs.
- •Ability to translate ambiguous regulatory requirements into engineering designs.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
