- •Airbnb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agent Core Products team within Community Support Engineering.
- •This role will focus on building core software that empowers global support agents, directly impacting agent experience and service quality for guests and hosts.
- •Key Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to execute product and business strategy.
- •Drive the full development cycle: technical design, development, test automation, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- •Build efficient, reusable, and performant frontend web components using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- •Design and implement server-side APIs to support frontend requirements.
- •Collaborate with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to enhance Community Support systems.
- •Requirements 6+ years of industry experience.
- •Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
- •Experience architecting FE systems and building large web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- •Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries (e.g., React, GraphQL) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- •Experience building UI for AI-driven features, including classical ML and Generative AI.
