- •As a Senior Product Designer, you will define the standard for AI-augmented design practice, fundamentally rewiring your design workflow around AI tools for research synthesis, rapid prototyping, visual exploration, and production-ready output.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive technology transformation by designing solutions that reshape client operations, using AI tools to accelerate ideation-to-delivery timelines.
- •Collaborate across teams to produce design deliverables like journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.
- •Apply research methods augmented with AI for transcription, pattern extraction, and insight generation.
- •Create production-ready designs with AI for mood boards, visual explorations, and design variations at scale.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio.
- •Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with AI design tools, showing AI-assisted work in your portfolio.
- •Proficiency with Figma and at least two AI-powered design or prototyping tools.
