- •We are seeking a Junior Plumbing Estimator to join a growing U.S.-based commercial plumbing contractor.
- •This role is ideal for someone with commercial plumbing estimating experience who enjoys working on complex projects and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
- •Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate plumbing estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- •Review architectural, plumbing, and mechanical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- •Develop complete bid packages and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
- •Manage change orders, estimate revisions, and RFI responses.
- •Collaborate with the senior estimator and owner on complex bids and pricing strategies.
- •Requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
- •Experience with New Jersey, New York, or Northeast U.S. plumbing codes.
- •Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and construction methods.
- •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- •Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
