- •Suite Studios is seeking a Technical Support Lead to provide exceptional customer service and support to media and entertainment industry clients.
- •This role involves partnering with various teams to address issues, supporting feature releases, and driving key performance indicators.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to address recurring issues.
- •Support major feature releases with training and documentation.
- •Drive and maintain key KPIs such as CSAT and resolution time.
- •Mentor, train, and coach the Support team.
- •Requirements 7+ years in a technical support role in media and entertainment.
- •Phenomenal communication skills in English.
- •Customer-first attitude.
- •Experience in broadcast or post-production environments (nice to have).
