  • Support major feature releases with training and documentation.
  • Drive and maintain key KPIs such as CSAT and resolution time.
  • Mentor, train, and coach the Support team.
  • Requirements 7+ years in a technical support role in media and entertainment.
  • Phenomenal communication skills in English.
  • Customer-first attitude.
  • Experience in broadcast or post-production environments (nice to have).
