• •As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will architect the Go-to-Market (GTM) technical engine, ensuring internal systems are robust and insightful.
• •You will empower the Sales Operations team with tools, AI-driven workflows, and data integrity.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical partner for the GTM strategy, ensuring Salesforce configurations are scalable and secure.
• •Own the technical lifecycle of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ, including Product/Pricing Rules and Quote-to-Order processes.
• •Lead the integration of Agentforce to automate business reasoning and enhance user productivity with AI workflows.
• •Manage the full Salesforce Sprint process, from gathering requirements to deployment.
• •Requirements Serve as the technical North Star for the Salesforce ecosystem, driving scalability and innovation.
• •Oversee Salesforce security architecture, including Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
• •Standardize and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical customizations and business processes.
