• •As an Engagement Manager, you will lead the delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers.
• •You will combine structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate time-to-value.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements Structure complex business problems into scalable solutions Lead executive workshops (CFO, COO, VP-level stakeholders) Translate business requirements into solution design with Solution Architects Coordinate cross-functional teams (SAs, AI Architects, modelers) Requirements 4-8 years of experience in consulting, tech, or data-driven roles Bachelors or Masters degree from a top tier educational institution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Interest in AI and enterprise software
