- •Design and manage the company's operating cadence, including planning cycles, business reviews, and decision forums.
- •Set operational standards and oversee Business Operations, including expansion and AI operations.
- •Build repeatable processes and feedback loops to shorten time to launch and improve efficiency.
- •Requirements Experience building operational infrastructure at a high-growth startup or scaleup through a significant scaling phase.
- •Ability to straddle both operational execution and strategic thinking.
- •Strong planning, process design, and accountability system building skills.
- •Analytical sharpness and ability to define and work with metrics.
- •Proven track record of using AI as an operational lever.
