About the role
TL;DR
Integrate and validate robotic hardware and software for autonomous ground handling systems.
- •AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy and is seeking an Integration Engineer to work closely with engineering and field operations.
- •This field-based role requires travel to deployment airports and test facilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Evaluate and validate new sensors and platform hardware.
- •Execute supervised autonomy testing runs and release-level testing.
- •Collect data and run tests for edge-case maneuvers and controller tuning.
- •Monitor fleet health and triage field issues to minimize downtime.
- •Document test results and issue reports for engineering feedback.
- •Requirements Bachelor's in EE, ME, CS, Robotics, or related field. 2–4 years in systems integration, field testing, or hardware/software validation for robotic platforms.
- •Hands-on experience with LiDAR, cameras, radar, GPS/GNSS, and embedded hardware.
- •Proficiency with Linux and command-line tooling.
- •Ability to read software logs, identify anomalies, and debug.
