Maintain order and efficiency in the warehouse.

• •We are looking for a responsible and energetic colleague to maintain order, rhythm, and good mood in our warehouse in Brno.

Key Responsibilities Ensure all parts of the warehouse have the required workforce and orders are smoothly dispatched to couriers Reallocate workers between sectors according to current needs and monitor their productivity Master all key positions in the warehouse
• •from reception to dispatch Collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire company and ensure smooth communication between teams Come up with ideas to improve the working environment and processes
• •your initiative is welcome Work in shifts with 12-hour shifts (morning shifts 3:00-15:00, afternoon shifts 10:00-22:00) Requirements Able to make quick decisions even in situations where standard procedures are insufficient
• •able to find solutions, not excuses Maintain calm and clarity, even when a lot is happening in the warehouse Fair and objective in resolving daily situations and occasional disputes between colleagues Have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly explain your decisions to the team Able to work with data and numbers
• •understand their connections and be able to draw reasonable conclusions Customer satisfaction is a natural priority for you, and you care about every step in the warehouse
