Third Party Control & Process Manager

Manage third-party vendor lifecycle, resilience and DORA-aligned operational controls.

• •Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of critical third-party vendors, ensuring resilience and compliance with DORA while enabling seamless service delivery.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage vendor onboarding, integration, monitoring and offboarding.
• •Implement ICT third-party risk controls and maintain an information register aligned to DORA.
• •Define and track KPIs/SLAs, run QBRs and performance audits.
• •Develop business continuity plans, escalation matrices and incident protocols.
• •Design operational workflows and automate preventive controls.
• •Requirements 5+ years in Operations, Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk Management in regulated finance/FinTech/SaaS.
• •Strong knowledge of DORA and ICT third-party risk pillars.
• •Experience with SLA formulation, vendor due diligence and risk controls.
• •Data-driven mindset with experience using Looker, Snowflake or Excel for dashboards.
