Staff Product Designer - Trust & Safety

This role leads product design for Trust & Safety initiatives, focusing on user safety and internal tooling.

• •As a Staff Product Designer focused on Trust & Safety, you’ll lead design across high-impact, high-stakes problem spaces.
• •You'll shape both user-facing safety experiences and the internal tools that support moderation, enforcement, and care at scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design for Trust & Safety initiatives.
• •Translate complex Trust & Safety requirements into clear, humane, and scalable product experiences.
• •Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Legal, and Trust Operations.
• •Design systems and patterns for reporting, blocking, education, enforcement, and recovery.
• •Embed AI-enabled tools and workflows into the design process.
• •Requirements Proven experience designing complex consumer products.
• •Strong end-to-end product design skills.
• •Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
