- •Adyen is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to provide expert legal and regulatory advice on India's evolving financial services and payments landscape.
- •You will be a strategic partner, influencing compliance and accelerating growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor and advise on regulatory developments in India, including RBI policies.
- •Operationalize complex regulatory requirements and ensure ongoing compliance.
- •Provide pragmatic legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders and product teams.
- •Manage regulatory filings, engagements, and reporting obligations.
- •Advise on and negotiate commercial agreements with partners.
- •Requirements Qualified lawyer in India with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
- •Deep knowledge of banking, financial services, payments, or card networks.
- •Proficiency in English and ability to reside in Mumbai.
