About the role
TL;DR
Owns day-to-day logistics operations, resolving exceptions and onboarding sellers.
- •This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Addi's logistics operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and seller onboarding as the marketplace scales.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor live order pipeline and resolve carrier exceptions to maintain high OTIF and OTD rates.
- •Implement carrier exception management SOPs and coordinate with CX for customer communications.
- •Recover carrier billing discrepancies through weekly reconciliations.
- •Onboard new seller allies into the logistics platform, optimizing time-to-live.
- •Ensure zero unplanned SLA breaches during peak events through contingency planning.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in last-mile or marketplace logistics operations in Colombia.
- •Proven experience owning operational KPIs (OTIF, OTD, exception rates, cost per shipment).
- •Hands-on experience coordinating carriers and managing billing discrepancies.
- •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and expertise in data-based root cause analysis.
