- •Addepar is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead its investor solutions and research product suite within the Institutional segment.
- •This role involves technology delivery and leadership over sophisticated investor product offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering organization for the Institutional segment.
- •Establish clear engineering goals, operational metrics, and delivery standards.
- •Drive the technical vision, co-ordination, and delivery across all products and solutions within the Institutional segment.
- •Partner closely with Product Management, Design, and GTM to execute product roadmaps.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing managers, architects, and software engineers.
- •Proven experience delivering enterprise/institutional software platforms with stringent security, regulatory, and uptime requirements.
- •Deep familiarity with modern cloud architecture, microservices, API design, data pipelines, and enterprise security frameworks. 5+ years experience with financial risk frameworks and asset management in either a SaSS environment or financial institutions.
