• •As our Technical Deployment Manager, you will bridge complex technical architecture and seamless learner experiences for global clients.
• •Key Responsibilities Architect the Solution: Partner with global customers to identify and document success criteria while developing comprehensive implementation schedules.
• •Master the API: Scope API needs and define sophisticated workflows to empower customers to initiate development efforts with confidence.
• •Build the Bridge: Develop seamless connections to third-party platforms and automate data transfer workflows using Docebo Connect (powered by Workato technology).
• •Requirements Consultative Mindset: You bring 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role where you’ve mastered the art of solving complex problems.
• •Technical Versatility: You have a solid technical foundation (BS/BE or equivalent) with at least a year of experience in roles like Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Systems Integration.
• •API Fluency: You are comfortable working with Rest APIs and navigating HTTP clients like Postman to test and refine web services.
