About the role
Manage and grow a CSM team, drive adoption and customer outcomes.
- •Benchling seeks a Customer Success Leader to manage and grow a CSM team, drive adoption and customer outcomes, and carry a strategic book of business within life sciences enterprise SaaS.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing CSM team.
- •Drive adoption metrics, with focus on AI adoption and customer value realization.
- •Own a small portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and model engagement standards.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to feed customer insights into Product, Sales, and Services.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field. 5+ years in Customer Success/PS within SaaS and 2+ years management experience.
- •Strong understanding of Life Sciences R&D and ability to engage scientific and IT leaders.
- •Experience with CS tech stack (Salesforce, Gainsight), analytics tools, and AI-assisted tools.
