- •As our next Staff Software Engineer, you will be a high-impact catalyst at the heart of our Kraków Hub, driving clarity and excellence across the ActiveCampaign platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive technical direction across multiple Kraków Hub teams Architect scalable agentic AI features Identify and resolve platform-wide bottlenecks Champion AI-assisted engineering practices Mentor and grow the next generation of talent Bridge the gap between strategy and execution Requirements 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Multi-stack mastery with deep production experience in PHP and modern backend technologies Proven expertise in AI and Agentic development The ability to act as a technical advisor Experience in high-growth SaaS environments A working knowledge of Python Fluency in English (B2 minimum) Familiarity with emerging AI standards
