- •Acorns is seeking a Growth Partnerships Associate to manage partner relationships and support the day-to-day operations of Earn (marketplace) and Growth partnerships.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and account management for Earn (marketplace) partners Work cross-functionally to launch new Earn partners and update existing partner offers Support Growth partnerships by collaborating with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams Monitor partner performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships Help maintain partner documentation, timelines, and processes Requirements 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems Hunger to deliver game-changing products Belief that work is tied to life's mission and an optimistic outlook on societal change
