TL;DR
Optimize customer journey for Acorns' Investing and Banking products.
- •The Data Analyst I will optimize the customer journey for Acorns' Investing and Banking products.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Core Experience team to drive product experiments.
- •Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Investing and Banking features.
- •Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction.
- •Transform raw data using Databricks and DBT.
- •Design Tableau dashboards to track KPIs.
- •Monitor customer behavior and product performance using Amplitude.
- •Work with cross-functional teams to establish priorities.
- •Requirements 3+ years of Analytics experience.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience with Tableau.
- •Understanding of statistical concepts and A/B testing methodologies.
- •Familiarity with Databricks, DBT, and Amplitude.
- •Ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
