•The ACLU seeks a Senior Project Manager for the National Political Advocacy Department in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
•This hybrid role requires two days in-office per week.
•Key Responsibilities Manage projects and campaigns in Reproductive Freedom, Democracy and Voting Rights, Systemic Equality, Immigration, Trans Justice, Criminal Justice, and other core issues.
•Conduct analysis, develop policy, craft campaigns, and influence legislative, administrative, and electoral levers.
•Partner across the ACLU to drive national efforts and support affiliates.
•Center principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging in approach.
•Requirements Strong project management skills.
•Experience in policy analysis, community organizing, or campaign strategy.
•Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
