- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the end-to-end design lifecycle for product initiatives.
- •Utilize data to understand user needs and inform design direction.
- •Create high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.
- •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into user-centric experiences.
- •Contribute to the developing Design System.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience creating and shipping digital product designs.
- •Expert proficiency in digital design tools (Figma).
- •Strong foundation in UX/UI standards and best practices.
- •Commitment to following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- •Strategic problem-solving skills.
