  • Develop new business opportunities across the Kansai region and expand Flexport's regional coverage in Japan.
  • Key Responsibilities Build and manage a strong pipeline of small to mid-sized opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with customers and prospects.
  • Convert opportunities into recurring and scalable business across Ocean (FCL/LCL) and Air.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Native or business-level Japanese (verbal and written) and conversational to professional English.
