Staff DevOps Engineer — Developer Infrastructure

Build infrastructure for a next-gen development pipeline for AI growth in real estate.

• •Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to build the AI growth platform for real estate.
• •This role will focus on creating the infrastructure for a next-generation development pipeline, enabling engineers and AI agents to ship validated code with high confidence.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and operate ephemeral, pre-warmed development environments for agents and engineers.
• •Own infrastructure-level quality gates, including automated load testing, performance benchmarking, and security scanning.
• •Build containerized mock services and Playwright-based UI validation for pre-PR validation.
• •Develop internal tooling, metrics dashboards, and operational controls for pipeline observability and improvement.
• •Requirements 6-10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles.
• •Active user of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows.
• •Expertise with Kubernetes (EKS) and core AWS services.
• •Strong IaC experience (Terraform preferred) and GitOps workflows.
