Senior Software Engineers - hybrid or remote

Lead system design and architecture discussions and shape scalable solutions.

• •We have multiple Senior Software Engineering roles available in various domains across the business.
• •These opportunities are available as hybrid (2 days/week in our Toronto office) or fully remotely for candidates based anywhere in Canada.
• •Key Responsibilities Own major product features end-to-end with a focus on quality, reliability, and scalability.
• •Lead system design and architecture discussions and shape scalable solutions.
• •Be hands-on with the codebase, lead code reviews, and drive technical excellence.
• •Requirements 5-7+ years of proven track record in leading back-end or full-stack projects in a Senior capacity.
• •Advanced hands on experience with actively contributing to or leading the design phase of complex projects.
• •Proficient Python and/or Go programming skills preferred.
