Director of Engineering

Lead engineering vision and innovation for UiPath's AI products.

• •Lead the Vertical Solutions team and drive UiPath's strategic initiatives.
• •Define the engineering vision and foster innovation.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive innovation and lead with a customer-first mindset.
• •Define and execute the engineering vision and architectural decisions across backend, frontend, and AI products.
• •Lead the development of production-grade AI applications leveraging LLMs, agents, and workflow orchestration systems.
• •Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to align technology investments with strategic objectives.
• •Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple product areas.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 8+ years leading engineering teams and large-scale technical programs.
• •Deep technical expertise in modern AI architectures and full-stack systems.
• •Strong people leadership and a proven track record of creating meaningful customer and business impact.
