MRB/Data Analyst

Analyze quality data, manage NCRs, and report QMS performance metrics.

• •Echodyne is seeking an MRB/Data Analyst with experience in Quality System performance to join its team.
• •You will be responsible for the development and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure effective quality processes in MRB and efficient closure of Nonconformance Records (NCRs), while also analyzing data to report metrics to stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data.
• •Act as the primary coordinator of Nonconformance Records (NCRs).
• •Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor QMS performance.
• •Identify trends, patterns, and root causes to support data-driven decision-making.
• •Ensure data integrity and traceability in compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• •Requirements Experience working within a Quality Management System environment.
• •Ability to develop reports using PowerBI, Excel, MiniTab, etc.
• •Proficient knowledge of MSD Office; Word and Excel. 3+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst role or equivalent education.
