• •Lead operations across multiple data center sites, setting regional standards for performance, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
• •Key Responsibilities Ensure data center uptime and SLA adherence across the region Oversee incident response performance, escalation effectiveness, and post-incident corrective actions Manage preventive and corrective maintenance execution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in critical facility operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior management or multi-site leadership role within data centers or a similar mission-critical environment Experience scaling data center operations in a cloud, hyperscale, GPU, or HPC environment
