Recruiters will own full cycle hiring across the business, from technicians to corporate roles.
- •Senra Systems is seeking a Recruiter to play a key role in scaling the organization.
- •This role will be central to supporting significant headcount growth across manufacturing operations and corporate functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing and corporate roles.
- •Execute sustained high-volume technician hiring while maintaining quality and retention.
- •Proactively source candidates through outbound channels and build durable hiring pipelines.
- •Conduct structured screens and assess candidates for technical fit, drive, and coachability.
- •Manage high candidate volume with strong organization, compliance, and candidate communication.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to both manufacturing and corporate roles.
- •Demonstrated experience hiring hourly technicians or skilled production roles alongside corporate positions.
- •Strong sourcing capability with limited reliance on inbound applicants.
- •Clear and direct communicator who can set expectations and push back when needed.
- •High ownership, follow through, and attention to detail.
