TL;DR
Own and build the customer education system for an AI-native product.
- •Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses.
- •This role owns the critical challenge of making AI adoption successful by ensuring customers are confident and proficient in using the product.
- •You will be the first to own customer education end-to-end, building a scalable system from scratch.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer education end to end and build it into a scalable system.
- •Design the framework and roadmap for the education system.
- •Teach customers how to get the most out of an AI-native product using various formats.
- •Use AI to build training materials and analyze customer friction.
- •Design education around key customer interaction moments for low-friction adoption.
- •Requirements 4+ years building training, education, or instructional content.
- •Experience building education or training programs from the ground up.
- •Ability to produce content (job aids, videos, walkthroughs) independently.
- •Proficiency in using AI tools daily for training and analysis.
- •Comfortable being the first and only owner of a function.
