- •Pigment is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and coach a team of BDRs in generating qualified opportunities for the French market.
- •This role involves establishing strong leadership, driving performance, and partnering closely with Sales leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline.
- •Own performance management, including targets, activity quality, and coaching plans.
- •Drive change adoption and ensure team alignment in a fast-scaling environment.
- •Partner with Sales leadership to design and roll out tactical prospecting plays.
- •Track key KPIs and pipeline health, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- •Requirements 1+ year of direct management experience for a BDR/SDR team.
- •Proven people leadership skills, including motivation, coaching, and performance management.
- •Highly metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
