  • Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline.
  • Own performance management, including targets, activity quality, and coaching plans.
  • Drive change adoption and ensure team alignment in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to design and roll out tactical prospecting plays.
  • Track key KPIs and pipeline health, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Requirements 1+ year of direct management experience for a BDR/SDR team.
  • Proven people leadership skills, including motivation, coaching, and performance management.
  • Highly metrics-driven with a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
