About the role
TL;DR
Manage and grow an engineering team focused on payments integrations.
- •Lead Yuno's Integrations team, responsible for connecting the platform to PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide.
- •Own the technical direction and delivery of critical infrastructure while growing and developing your team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- •Own the full lifecycle of integrations, from technical design to production monitoring.
- •Drive hands-on technical contribution through architecture design, code reviews, and complex troubleshooting.
- •Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver against a fast-moving roadmap.
- •Requirements Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
- •Strong ability to drive technical decision-making in a fast-moving environment.
- •Solid hands-on backend engineering experience, with proficiency in Golang.
- •Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
- •Champion of AI-first development, setting standards for AI-assisted coding and automated testing.
