- •Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets Requirements Located in EMEA 2+ years of closing sales experience A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business SFDC proficiency Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility Fluent in English
