- •As the Senior Manager, Data Engineering at Farther, you will own the data platform powering a modern, technology-driven wealth management firm.
- •Your mandate is to define the roadmap, own it end-to-end, and execute, growing the team and expanding what the platform makes possible.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute the data platform roadmap from custodial ingestion through the security master to AI-ready data products.
- •Lead and grow the data engineering team, setting the bar for technical quality.
- •Own the firm's security master: reference data, corporate actions, and golden-source resolution across vendors.
- •Drive data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and governance across regulated datasets.
- •Requirements 8+ years in data platform roles, with 4+ years managing data teams.
- •Deep security master experience, including reference data, corporate actions, and multi-vendor golden-source resolution.
- •Exceptional data modeling skills.
- •Strong hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, AWS, and Python.
