About the role

Drive enterprise sales growth by identifying and closing deals with new clients.

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in the strategic scaling of our enterprise customer segment.
  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and approaching new enterprise clients to developing suitable solution concepts and successfully closing deals.
  • Key Responsibilities Land & Expand: Identify and win new enterprise customers for our JobAuto solution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of requirements around corporate benefits, salary conversion, employee mobility, and fleet/benefit processes.
  • Create the foundation for long-term partnerships by strategically opening new accounts and collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Actively contribute ideas to further develop our sales approaches, value proposition, target customer segments, and commercial motion.
  • Requirements Successful completion of a (Bachelor's) degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in selling complex enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with solutions and stakeholders in the HR area is a plus.
  • You show bias for action and are eager to significantly contribute to developing our Enterprise Sales Unit.
  • You are a communication talent and convince at different levels with your excellent argumentation and networking skills.
