- •As a Principal AI Engineer, you set the technical direction for our most complex Generative AI work and are hands-on building it.
- •You architect systems that survive production and elevate the engineers around you.
- •Key Responsibilities Set technical direction for complex GenAI and agentic systems end-to-end.
- •Build at the frontier, hands-on, using Python on Google Cloud (Vertex AI), LangChain/LlamaIndex, and vector search.
- •Engineer for production, designing for latency, reliability, cost, and scale.
- •Lead multi-step reasoning at scale, architecting and operating agentic workflows.
- •Advise clients and shape deals, working directly with client leadership.
- •Multiply the team by elevating senior and mid-level engineers.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years in software / AI / ML engineering.
- •Demonstrated technical leadership and experience deploying GenAI and/or agentic products to production.
- •Strong data engineering and SQL knowledge.
- •Senior client-facing experience.
