- •Deel is seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer to join their Fintech team in Greece.
- •You will collaborate in a cross-functional team to develop and enhance features for Deel's global financial infrastructure, including a cross-border payment system.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA professionals.
- •Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
- •Develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve products.
- •Solve complex fintech problems and build modern, resilient systems at scale.
- •Requirements Professional experience in fintech or financial domains (payments, accounting, exchanges, banking, crypto).
- •Experience working in or building systems for companies like Wise, PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Coinbase, Revolut, or similar.
- •Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments (KYC, AML, transaction monitoring).
