Threat Detection Engineer

Establish detection and response program for AI agents in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

• •Ambience Healthcare is building an AI intelligence platform for healthcare.
• •This role will establish the detection and response program for their AI agents operating at scale in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
• •Key Responsibilities Build a detection pipeline across AWS, Kubernetes, Okta, endpoints, and SaaS tools.
• •Develop the incident response program, including playbooks and escalation paths.
• •Evaluate, deploy, and integrate the D&R security stack and build automation.
• •Detect and respond to threats unique to clinical AI systems and agentic workflows.
• •Requirements 5+ years in detection engineering, incident response, or a related security engineering role.
• •Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust.
• •Deep experience with AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• •Experience building or maturing a detection engineering program.
