Software Engineer - Developer Experience

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and AI tooling for developers.

• •Key Responsibilities Identify friction in the developer lifecycle and own the solution end-to-end Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build tooling, scaffolding and self-service release processes Design and develop AI and agentic tooling that standardises how engineers across Matillion use AI Requirements Experience across software engineering and DevOps/SRE with strong hands-on Python skills Experience with CI/CD and build management tools and processes Exposure to or genuine interest in integrating Generative AI or agentic tooling into engineering workflows
