About the role
TL;DR
Engage healthcare providers to drive behavior change using data and analytics.
- •Clarify Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Liaison to engage directly with healthcare providers and practices.
- •This role involves guiding providers through sustained behavior change using data-driven insights and change management approaches to optimize care delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned providers.
- •Conduct regular interactions to review performance and address barriers to change.
- •Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach.
- •Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives tailored to each provider.
- •Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field. 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role.
- •Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
- •Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with physicians and practice staff.
- •Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data and comfortable working with analytics platforms and Excel.
