About the role
Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance sales team performance.
- •Endor Labs is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to build programs, content, and coaching to develop a world-class revenue team.
- •You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure effective customer-facing conversations.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and improve sales onboarding and ramp programs for new hires.
- •Maintain and refine the sales playbook, including pitch decks, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling guides.
- •Drive ongoing skill development through enablement sessions, workshops, and coaching.
- •Translate product launches and messaging shifts into training and field readiness.
- •Define and report on enablement KPIs to measure impact and iterate on strategy.
- •Requirements 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- •Proven track record of designing and running enablement programs that improved key metrics.
- •Ability to teach and operationalize core sales playbook components and coach reps in live deals.
