About the role

Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to enhance sales team performance.

  • Endor Labs is seeking a Sales Enablement Leader to build programs, content, and coaching to develop a world-class revenue team.
  • You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure effective customer-facing conversations.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and improve sales onboarding and ramp programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and refine the sales playbook, including pitch decks, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Drive ongoing skill development through enablement sessions, workshops, and coaching.
  • Translate product launches and messaging shifts into training and field readiness.
  • Define and report on enablement KPIs to measure impact and iterate on strategy.
  • Requirements 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of designing and running enablement programs that improved key metrics.
  • Ability to teach and operationalize core sales playbook components and coach reps in live deals.
