- •Pelago is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join their digital clinic for substance addictions.
- •This role is crucial in supporting individuals on their journey to overcome substance addictions and lead addiction-free lives.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide counseling via text, video, and phone to monitor recovery progress.
- •Onboard users, conduct multidimensional assessments, and gather behavioral health history.
- •Utilize Atlas, Pelago's AI-native EHR, for automated documentation and real-time clinical guidance.
- •Monitor member progress, offer therapeutic strategies for temptations and cravings, and foster motivation for change.
- •Requirements Active, unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in Florida.
- •Master's Degree required. 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders.
- •Comfort working in an AI-augmented care environment.
- •Proficient with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention.
