- •Lead Replit's commercial expansion in Japan by building enterprise, government, education, and channel partnerships while driving product-led community growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and close enterprise and government partnerships in Japan.
- •Recruit and enable resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- •Build EDU partnerships with universities and government education initiatives.
- •Drive PLG, community engagement, and local advocacy with Product and Marketing.
- •Represent Replit at major Japanese tech events and manage deal pipeline.
- •Requirements 8+ years in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or growth in tech/SaaS.
- •Native or business-level Japanese fluency and deep familiarity with Japan's business culture.
- •Experience navigating complex Japanese enterprise and public-sector procurement cycles.
- •Track record of building channel/reseller programs and education partnerships.
