About the role

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO and drive strategic initiatives at Joko.
- •The Chief of Staff will act as an extension of the CEO, managing governance, leading proactive projects, and reinforcing teams as needed.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the rhythm and quality of how Joko is run at the top.
- •Lead company-wide initiatives that matter most to the CEO.
- •Deploy Founder Associates as a strike force to address critical gaps.
- •Embody and lead by example of Joko's culture.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience combining Tier 1 strategy consulting with operating experience in a high-growth tech startup or scale-up.
