- •Bring your automotive experience into the digital world and become our customer expert at CarOnSale! Key Responsibilities Direct negotiation between dealer customers on the seller and buyer side, advising on market prices and achieving optimal results for both parties.
- •Reliable contact person, building long-term relationships and being available for your dealers when they have questions or challenges.
- •Active consultation: With your expertise, you support customers in sales decisions and ensure transparency throughout the process.
- •Enabling growth: You significantly contribute to the revenue growth and success of our marketplace and dealers.
- •Sharing market knowledge: In the team, you exchange and continuously develop your market know-how so that your customers benefit from it.
- •Data maintenance & AI: You reliably maintain customer data in our CRM system and use AI tools to simplify your daily tasks.
- •Requirements Completed training in the automotive sector (e.g. as a vehicle mechanic, service advisor, automotive saleswoman) or extensive experience in a car dealership, workshop or automotive environment.
- •Practical negotiation skills: You can communicate confidently between seller and buyer and find appropriate solutions when problems arise.
- •Independent and reliable working style: You are organized, committed, and reliable and proactively get involved in daily business.
- •Enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact: You like to communicate a lot on the phone, get involved in the team and are looking forward to a team that works for success but also has fun together.
