- •Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Lead Data Analyst, Manufacturing to join our Digital Manufacturing team.
- •This role will lead a small team of engineers and develop analytical solutions to support day-to-day decision-making for product lines, functions, and new products.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and guide a small team of Data Analysts in developing and maintaining analytical solutions.
- •Develop and implement manufacturing solutions leveraging analytics to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- •Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement.
- •Lead and facilitate kaizen, lean manufacturing, or six sigma initiatives.
- •Provide strategic input into capacity planning and workforce management.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role. 2+ years of experience in directly managing a team or complex project management.
- •Experience with data visualization tools: SQL, Python, Typescript, Tableau, Power BI, PLTR Foundry, MS VBA.
- •Familiarity with manufacturing software and advanced proficiency in statistical analysis.
