• •Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineering Manager to lead teams building data products and metrics that power decisions across key business areas.
• •This hybrid role involves scaling the Analytics Engineering capability and shaping standards and culture.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead multiple analytics engineering teams and their managers, owning performance and development.
• •Define and own the mid-to-long-term AE roadmap, building business cases for investments.
• •Contribute to AE-wide decisions on tooling, architecture, standards, and process.
• •Drive a data products mindset with clear ownership, SLAs, and data contracts.
• •Coach and develop AE Managers, fostering technical rigor and continuous improvement.
• •Requirements Significant experience in Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering leadership.
• •Proven experience managing managers and ICs, with a track record of developing people managers.
• •Ability to own a multi-quarter technical roadmap and manage teams across multiple business domains.
