About the role
Manages daily sortation operations and ensures compliance with SLAs.
- •The Dock Sortation Lead manages the daily sortation operation at the Alexandria location, ensuring every package is sorted and every SLA is met.
- •Key Responsibilities Run the end-to-end sortation process from pallets in to drivers dispatched.
- •Manage and coach a team of 2 to 7 Dock Sortation Specialists.
- •Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
- •Requirements 1 to 3+ years leading a team in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment.
- •Experience with scanning, sortation, or distribution workflows.
- •Familiarity with SLA-driven operations.
