• •Investigate and mitigate fraud to protect Gusto's platform, validate AI outputs, and improve operational processes to reduce customer friction.
• •Key Responsibilities Review and validate AI-flagged fraud cases and make human judgment calls.
• •Own and optimize operational task queues to keep investigations flowing.
• •Investigate flagged activity and take decisive actions to mitigate risk.
• •Identify trends and proactively detect unusual activity.
• •Experiment with AI and automation to reduce manual pain points.
• •Requirements Experience performing investigations and fraud analysis.
