Develop and execute growth strategies for FINN's JobAuto product.
- •FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions.
- •As a Business Development Manager for JobAuto, you will develop a new product offering targeting companies to help their employees switch to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits.
- •This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a future growth driver from the start.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth opportunities for JobAuto, shaping and executing a winning growth strategy.
- •Define the JobAuto product vision and work with the Product team to implement new features.
- •Lead business planning and performance analysis, deriving actionable insights from data.
- •Pitch JobAuto to investors and customers, preparing materials and testing approaches.
- •Requirements Degree in business administration, technology management, or similar. 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment like a startup or top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- •Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias to action and solution-finding abilities.
- •Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
